How does vSIM OTP work?

1. Sign in with Apple.

2. Pick a service (Messenger A, Banky, Foodbox, etc.) and a country.

3. Tap Get number — a credit is deducted from your balance and a

real phone number is reserved for you.

4. Use the number on the target service to request a verification code.

5. The code arrives in vSIM OTP automatically — tap Copy code and

paste it into the target service.

How long is the number reserved?

20 minutes. If no code arrives in that window, the credit is refunded

automatically.

My code isn't arriving — what can I do?

• Tap *Check now on the Waiting screen to ping our provider directly.
• Make sure the target service actually sent the SMS — sometimes they

silently drop messages from temporary numbers.

• If 20 minutes pass with no code, your credit is refunded and you can

try a different service or country.

How do I buy credits?

Account tab → Top up, or tap the credit pill on the Home screen.
