This page doubles as your App Store Support URL content and an in‑app FAQ.
How do I add a medication? On the Today tab, tap the + button (top right), fill in the name, dose, what it treats, color, and schedule, then tap Save.
How do I log a dose? On Today, swipe a dose right to mark it Taken, or left to Skip — or tap it for details. You can also tap Taken in the reminder notification, or the Log taken button on the home‑screen widget.
How do reminders work? MedVault schedules local notifications based on each medication's times and frequency (daily, every N days, weekly, or as‑needed). Make sure notifications are allowed in iOS Settings.
Is my data private? Yes. Everything is stored on your device. There's no account and no company server. See our Privacy Policy.
What is iCloud Sync? Optional. When enabled (Settings → iCloud sync), your data syncs across your devices through your own private iCloud. It's off by default.
Does it work with Apple Health? Yes (optional). Enable Apple Health in Settings to save your journal mood to Health and pre‑fill sleep.
What's free vs. Premium? Free includes up to 2 medications, reminders, dose logging, the journal, trends, and Apple Health. Premium unlocks unlimited medications, supply/refill tracking, the doctor PDF export, the drug‑interaction checker, caregiver mode, and iCloud sync.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription? iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → MedVault. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the period ends.
How do I export or delete my data? Settings → Export all data (JSON) or Delete all my data.
Is the interaction checker medical advice? No. It's an informational, offline check of common interactions and is not exhaustive. Always confirm with your pharmacist or doctor.
